Capital Needs

Quality health care for people Woods serves is a necessity, not an option. It is also essential that Woods' employee training program continue to build a solid and qualified workforce of committed, caring staff who will provide clients the highest quality care possible. As Woods continues to evolve through the next century, these enrichments will give the organization the capacity and flexibility needed to accommodate future growth and to continue to support clients' needs.

To this end, the campaign has helped make possible the construction of a new Medical, Dental and Employee Training Center to improve services for our clients. We have shifted focus to another key capital objective of this campaign - the renovation of a building that will serve children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Pervasive Developmental Disorders.

Recognizing that we are in the midst of the most difficult economic environment in decades , Woods strives to be sensitive to each individual’s fiscal reality. At the same time we must remain vigilant in our mission to provide those we serve with the best possible care. We hope you will consider making a gift to support the renovation of the Pinewood residence. Once completed, Woods will be able to serve a greater number of clients with ASD/PDD.
